Noelle began Mutual Aid Film as an independent media platform to focus on the grassroots efforts of everyday people and communities most affected by climate change, social justice issues, and who are in the unique position to define their future for themselves through collective action, however at odds with the status quo their work may be.

Rob Carr, Cinematographer & Preliminary Editing Rob studied photography at Rochester Institute's College of Imagine Arts and Sciences. He is passionate about filmmaking, agriculture, environmental activism, and connecting with other cultures.

Jenny Jacobson, Web Designer Jenny contributes her expertise in digital marketing and analytics to the crew, guiding efforts to grow and enhance Mutual Aid Film's online presence. When offline, she enjoys all types of dance, producing contemporary art and giving back to her local community.

Chad Carbone, Administrative Advisor Chad is a producer based in NYC with a broad base of experience in production, post-production and visual effects. He's passionate about film, literature, and art as a source of community.

Jean Nelson, Translator  "Humanity is one language."  Jean is a musician, writer and composer. He was born in Haiti, and has lived in the U.S. since he was eleven. He is passionate about the arts, creativity, and his native culture. He speaks French, Creole, and English fluently.

Gloria Arteaga , Animator Gloria studied fine arts at Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru (PUCP) in her hometown, Lima.  She received her MFA in animation at the School of Film and Animation at RIT.

John Delmonico, Administrative Assistant John works behind the scenes as an administrator. Outside of Mutual Aid, he is a luthier and a cellist, repairing instruments at a local violin shop and performing in a variety of ensembles. His passions lie in community and environmentalism.
